Term & Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • Minimum order: 50 pcs per design.
  • For 50 pcs: maximum 4 sizes and 3 colors per design.
  • For 100 pcs and above: no size or color limitations.
Deposit & Payment
  • A 50% Sample Deposit is required to begin the sampling process.
  • A 50% Bulk Production Deposit is required to begin bulk production.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
50% Sample Cashback
  • The 50% Sample Cashback applies if the bulk production order meets the minimum of 50 pcs per design.
  • The cashback will be deducted from the Bulk Production Deposit Invoice.
  • The cashback claim is applicable within 2 months of the sample approval date.
Sampling & Prototyping
  • Sample lead time: 2–6 weeks, depending on waiting list, design complexity, and the quantity of samples required.
  • Minimum sample cost: IDR 1,000,000, depending on design complexity (fabric and accessories not included).
  • Sample price includes: Pattern, Grading Pattern, Sample Sewing, and Spec Size.
  • Extra 3D Visualization: IDR 150,000
  • 3 sample revision rounds are free (as long as the design stays the same).
  • If the design changes, it will be considered a new sample.
  • If revisions exceed 3 rounds (with the same design), an additional fee of 50% of the sample price will apply for each extra revision.
Revisions & Approval
  • Customers must review and approve samples (fit, accessories, sizing, construction) before bulk production begins.
  • Any changes made after sample approval may affect the pricing and production timeline.
Fabrics & Accessories
  • Fabrics may be supplied by the customer or sourced by Bali Garment Manufacturer upon request.
  • Fabric pricing depends on the material type and quality selected.
Pricing & Production Estimates
  • Bulk production pricing provided before final samples are approved is estimated.
  • Final production pricing will be given once the sample is approved (pricing is based on design complexity, fabric type, and required accessories).
  • The more products you order, the cheaper the price will be.
Quality Control & Shipping
  • All products undergo full quality control before packing.
  • Production lead time: 4–6 weeks, (depending on waiting list, design complexity, and total order quantity).
  • Production time begins once the deposit has been paid.
  • Shipping will be arranged after the final payment is completed.
Import
  • Bali Garment has KITE IKM facilities from the Indonesian government for importing fabrics intended for export.
  • Exempt from 11% VAT
  • Exempt from 11–20% Import Duty/Customs, depending on the type of fabric imported
  • Only subject to 2.5% Income Tax (PPh)
  • This facility only applies to fabrics imported for the purpose of exporting finished garments through Bali Garment Manufacturer.
Export
  • Bali Garment Manufacturer can handle export documents such as PEB (Export Declaration) and COO (Certificate of Origin) for destination countries: Europe, Australia, America, and other countries.
  • Using a COO may help reduce or exempt taxes according to the regulations of the destination country, but this depends on each country’s rules and agreements. Customers are advised to confirm with their local authorities.
  • COO preparation fee: IDR 600,000 per document.
  • The export process facilitates legal shipping of garments to the destination country.
Shipping & Logistics
  • Bali Garment Manufacturer works with reliable international couriers: DHL, FedEx, and Cargo, offering the best price for customers.
  • Shipping can be arranged via air or sea, depending on customer requirements.
  • Shipping costs are determined based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • All products undergo quality control before dispatch.
